We collect only what we need to deliver your flowers, we never sell your information, and we email you about offers only if you ask us to.
1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to take, deliver and look after your orders:
- Your details: name, email address and phone number.
- Recipient details: name, phone number, delivery address, business or building name, delivery instructions and your card message.
- Orders: what you ordered, when, the amounts paid, and the card brand and last four digits (from our payment provider).
- Your account (if you create one): saved recipients, important dates you choose to add, subscriptions and reward points.
- Mailing list (only if you join): your email address and name.
- Whisper a Wish: the first names and email addresses of the sender and the person receiving the hint, and the arrangement.
- Technical information: your IP address, used briefly to protect sign-in and forms from abuse.
2. How we use it
- To make and deliver your order, and contact you or the recipient about the delivery.
- To send the emails that go with an order: confirmation, “Delivered”, and subscription emails.
- To send reminders you asked for, such as an important date you added.
- To run your account, reward points and discounts — for example, checking your email and phone number for the first-order discount.
- To send news and offers, only if you joined our mailing list. Every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, keep records required for accounting and tax, and meet legal obligations.
4. Information about recipients
When you send flowers, you give us someone else's details. Please only share what we need for the delivery. We use recipient details only to deliver the order and, if you save them, to make your next order easier. We do not send marketing to recipients.
6. Visitor statistics
Google Analytics helps us understand which pages and arrangements people enjoy and where visitors come from — for example, how many people visited a page or found us through Instagram. We see overall numbers, not who you are. Before anything is sent, we remove order numbers and private links from page addresses, and Google Analytics never receives your name, email, address or card message.
Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and customer service. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. You can delete saved recipients and important dates in your account at any time, and leave the mailing list whenever you like.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@nadiasflowers.com. We will delete what we can and keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of paid orders.
You can manage your recipients, dates and subscriptions in your account.
9. Security
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payments are handled by Stripe. Access to orders is limited to our team and protected by a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about your privacy? Write to Nadia's Flowers at info@nadiasflowers.com.
