Floral Availability & Substitutions

Nature’s beauty is ever-changing. While we strive to create arrangements exactly as pictured, flower availability varies with seasons and market conditions. In the rare case a specific bloom or container is unavailable, we may substitute with similar flowers or materials of equal or greater value—always maintaining the style, quality, and spirit of your chosen design.

Pricing & Secure Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales tax and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options offered on our website. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery Information

We offer local delivery in selected areas. To ensure the best service, we recommend placing orders early—same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery windows due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers safely at the door, with a neighbor, or arrange for re-delivery or pickup.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations or changes may not be possible once your flowers are prepared.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if there is an issue with your order, kindly notify us within 24 hours and share a photo if applicable. We will promptly review and resolve the matter with care.

Customer Responsibilities

We kindly ask customers to provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, complete address, and a contact phone number. Nadia’s Flowers is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect information.
